The most common side effects of Doxiflo-M Tablet SR are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, headache, insomnia, irritability, increased heart rate, and flu-like symptoms. It may cause sleepiness and dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. How to use Doxiflo-M Tablet SR
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Doxiflo-M Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Doxiflo-M Tablet SR with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
How Doxiflo-M Tablet SR works
Doxiflo-M Tablet SR is a combination of two drugs. Doxofylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing and widening the muscles in the airways. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that blocks the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.

What if you forget to take Doxiflo-M Tablet SR?
If you miss a dose of Doxiflo-M Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
